HOSPITALITY | DALLAS, TX

Hotel Palomar Dallas

The unique structure of the hotel was originally conceived by the acclaimed architect Ralph Kelman in the 1960s.  Once the largest Hilton in the world, the hotel’s history is a fervent one; once capturing a steady crowd at its own Trader Vic’s and housing Bob Hope’s penthouse.  The new hotel was designed to capture this prosperous Dallas momentum and create a sense of place that is distinctly Dallas. Project Budget $45 million.
