Ojai Valley Inn and Spa

First designed as a Golf Clubhouse by the highly regarded California architect Wallace Neff in 1923. The additions and renovations included 74 new guest rooms, elevator/ stair tower, three new restaurants, a pro shop, pool and expansion of the conference center and lobby. Project Budget $65 million.
